Reigning “Carnival Top Model” Jada Victor, will be delegate number one leading a group of nine extremely beautiful delegates, at this year’s Miss Point Fortin Queen Show.
The much anticipated Queen Pageant is back and promises to be bigger, highly competitive, and much better than ever before. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 29th, 2023, at the Point Fortin East Secondary School starting at 7pm.
Also Included among the delegates competing for this year’s crown are, current Miss La Reine Rive, Tineka Francois, of Vance River, winner of 2019 Southern Queen of Queens , Emerald Edwards of Los Bajos and former Little Miss Trinidad and Tobago, Danelle Joseph, a resident of Mahaica.
The Miss Point Fortin Borough Queen Show has been a staple for the annual Borough Day event, showcasing the beauty, intelligence, and talent of young women in the community.
The theme for this year’s show is “Igniting our legacy,” which aims to highlight the importance of recognizing and preserving the cultural heritage of Point Fortin. The event will pay tribute to local designer Omzad Khan, whose work has had a significant impact on the fashion industry in Trinidad and Tobago.
Apart from the Miss Point Fortin Borough Queen Show being an important platform for young women in the community to showcase their talents and gain valuable experience, It also serves as an opportunity to celebrate the rich culture and heritage of the borough.
