Travis Joseph (aka Fire Travis) is a professional firefighter with the Trinidad & Tobago Fire Service (TTFS), and a talented musician and announcer.
He completed his secondary school education in 2006 and immediately pursued a career as a firefighter.
In 2011, he developed a passion for music and announcing, which he pursued alongside his firefighting career.
After completing a Broadcasting course with the Institute Of Broadcasting Careers (IBC) in 2013, Travis began performing at house parties and small gatherings, slowly building his reputation as a talented announcer and musician. He quickly became a sought-after performer for events such as B&D’s Wear White, weddings, sporting events, and boat rides. He even hosted Rachel Price’s “Katang” and “Despassito” comedy shows, showcasing his versatility as a performer.
In 2015, Travis had the opportunity to showcase his skills as an announcer on local radio stations, Next 99.1fm for a month-long stint. Since then, he has continued to excel in the field of radio announcing and is currently a radio personality at Red 96.7fm on Sundays from 9-12 midnight.
With his extensive experience and talent, Travis Joseph has become a well-known and respected figure in the world of music and announcing.
