In a surprise turn of events, Dr. Tehila Jeffrey, a 24-year-old intern doctor attached to the San Fernando General Hospital, has won the 2023 Miss Point Fortin Borough Queen Show. The prestigious event, which took place on Saturday, April 29th, saw Dr. Jeffrey competing against a number of talented and beautiful young women from across the borough.
Dr. Jeffrey, who was sponsored by the Vessigny Antilles Credit Union, wowed the judges and the audience with her beauty, grace, and intelligence. In addition to winning the overall title, she also took home the prize for best talent, showcasing her impressive singing and dancing skills.
The first runner up in the competition was Tineka Joseph, while Danelle Joseph came in as the second runner up. Both young women put on excellent performances and demonstrated remarkable poise and confidence throughout the competition.
