In a memorable ceremony held in October this year, Dr. Tehilla Jeffrey, the reigning Miss Point Fortin Borough Queen, graced the Vessigny Antilles Credit Union Awards Ceremony as the keynote speaker. The event, which recognized the exceptional young achievers of the La Brea Constituency in their S.E.A exams, was themed “We Are Unique.” This theme was eloquently woven into Dr. Jeffrey’s inspiring address at the Vessigny Community Center on Wednesday, 18th October 2024.
